To book your appointment with a specific manicurist, you MUST SELECT THEIR NAME FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU. Selecting their name from the menu (not just selecting an appointment with them), triggers the system to mark the appointment as a request. 

If you do not select their name from the menu, and the appointment is not marked as a request, it may be moved or rescheduled to another manicurist to optimize booking time. 

Please note that we have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made via email will not be accepted. By booking an appointment and entering a credit card number, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to cancellation policy.
