In order to best accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can cancel through your online portal or through the MindBody app up to 24-hours in advance. You can also cancel or reschedule directly by calling us at (248) 805-1182. Cancellations and schedule changes made via email will not be accepted. 

Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost.

Failure to notify us, or "no-showing" will result in 100% service charge. Anything less than 1-hour notice will be considered a "no-show," as it does not allow us enough time to fill your scheduled time. 

We ask that all guests provide a valid credit card. That card is stored in the MindBody software and is completely encrypted. We do not have access to that card number. If you are making your appointment via phone and you do not feel comfortable supplying your cc number to our staff, you may request a secure link via text message to enter your credit card number. If you book friends or family members under your name, you are agreeing to take responsibility for them and will be charged accordingly if they fail to provide ample notice.

By providing your credit card number, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. 

We understand that schedules change and emergencies come up. We will be as flexible as possible in the event of an emergency. Please reach out to us directly at (248) 805-1182 as soon as possible if you have a scheduling conflict.
